These instruments focus on two environments, work and social (marital), so two separate indexes.  Both contain your relationship style, the manner in which you disrupt relationships ( how to correct the disruptions), your relationship maturity, core elements, score page, and summary.  The Work Version adds:  work compatibility, leadership style, and work needs.  The Social Version adds: behavioral styles and marital compatibility.

The instrument is used for diagnostic purposes, but the primary value is an instrument of change.  It is designed to aid the test-taker to improve relationships in both environments.  The results are displayed in 15 to 20 pages with instructions on change.
